The villa is located approx. 80m uphill from the main street, surrounded by other villas, and offers privacy in the enclosed garden area and private pool area. You have easy access to the village centre while enjoying the benefits of a quiet private location.

For dining you have 4 areas to choose from! The main terrace with fantastic views, the large patio area to the rear of the house together with BBQ, the main dining room, or the family kitchen dining area.

All rooms are well furnished and very spacious. There is a large lounge / dining area which leads onto the main terrace with stunning views. On the terrace you have dining table and outdoor furniture, with views over the garden and pool. Sea views and views over Benalmadena Pueblo come as standard from most areas of the house and gardens.

The accommodation is on 2 levels. The main house offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the ground floor has a self contained 1 bedroom studio with kitchenette and bathroom. Access to the studio is direct from the gardens.

The main house has 2 double bedrooms, one of which also has a double sofa bed, so is ideal for families. It also means that the bedroom can be used as a twin rather than double if one guest uses the sofa bed.
