The villa is located approx. 150m uphill from the main street, surrounded by other villas in a residential area, and offers a private pool and well kept gardens. You have easy access to the village centre while enjoying the benefits of a quiet private location.
There are outside areas for sunbathing on the various terraces, the pool area, and the attractive mature gardens with fruit trees. There is a shaded seating area next to the pool, and a separate terrace for dining.
The village offers a taste of Spanish village life and is popular with visitors who regularly come back year after year. The villa is south facing, and enjoys all day sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Wifi is included.
The villa is 2 mins walk from the village with all it’s amenities but is very peaceful and quiet. It overlooks the coast so has stunning views and enjoys a cool sea breeze for those hot summer months.

In case of cancellation guests would be excepted to claim any costs through their travel insurance. However, if the same dates can be re-let then a full refund will be given less a small admin fee.
There is a breakages deposit of 250 euros due in cash on arrival. This is returned by bank transfer within a few days of your departure.
